With PinChat’s tags and folders backstage, RentConnected can categorize customers’ demands efficiently. Every time customer service agents finish a chat with customers, they can add tags, such as “Date changed”, “Numbers of cars changed”, so other agents can easily follow-up with these customers. They also add a “Completed” folder to put the chat rooms that have been dealt with.
